Pit Plant people are a group of people who have been planting natives in, and weeding, an old quarry for over a year now to create an urban park, an urban green space in Roslyn, Pamerston North. Planting happens every third Sunday afternoon of the month  starting at 1.30pm finishing at 3pm with a cup of tea. All welcome. Contact  Marise for information phone (06) 354 0062.
